Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrackTap Golf at tracktap.world ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

TrackTap Golf is a free web application that lets golfers log courses they have played on an interactive map and compete in a daily geography game. The Service is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

You may use the daily game without an account. Creating an account (via Google or magic link) allows your scores and course logs to be saved and displayed on the leaderboard. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

When you log a course or submit a score, you grant TrackTap Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that data within the Service. You must not submit false, harmful, or illegal content. We may remove any content at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or abuse the daily game
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

All design, branding, and original code of the Service is owned by TrackTap Golf. Golf course names, locations, and related data are used for informational purposes. Mapbox map data and satellite imagery are subject to Mapbox's terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of course data, or uninterrupted access to the daily game.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackTap Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
